Medevac Alabama Inc. is a family-owned and operated ambulance service provided by the Hughes family. We are currently in our fourth generation of EMS providers, and with the assistance of our outstanding team members, we serve Mobile and Baldwin Counties with both emergency and non-emergency ambulance services.

We are also proud to say that we are a completely local company. Both our dispatch and billing operations are handled in-house by Medevac Alabama team members — no out-of-state call centers or billing companies here.
