Our dispatch supervisor is Belle Hughes NREMT, AEMD. She can be reached 24/7 through our dispatch center with any dispatch-related questions. She and her team work tirelessly to ensure that we deliver patients safely and on time, as well as ensure that our resources are allocated in the most efficient way possible. 

This mission also entails knowing when our current resources are not sufficient enough to provide service that meets our exacting standards and be able to properly and courteously communicate that to the requester.
